In the dim, smoky light of a jazzclub somewhere in New York in the thirties of last century, sounded the dreamy muffled voice that succeeded in touching the hearts of even the most feared gangsters. The world seemed to hold its breath whenever she sang, desiring to hear each word and every note produced by the mysterious singer that was only known as ‘the Blonde’.
